HOW DO I PREP MY FILES?

All Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. Orders cannot be started until we have usable artwork.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SET UP FEES?

Screen Printing - We charge £15 ex VAT for any new screen set up and that is then kept for 6months. If you order again within 6 months, you will not be charged a set up fee.
Embroidery - We charge £15 ex VAT for a design to be digitized. Once paid for, you will never have to pay this again unless your design changes.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Typical turnaround time is 7-14 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for AND we have all information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice which you can access via your public profile link. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

We will do an order as small as 10 shirts per design/garment for anything screen printed.

Embroidery is 4 pieces.
There will be some restrictions on size and number of colours. We recommend screen printing at least 50 and above for best pricing.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY?

As each product run is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty
If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email (INFO@OLDELTONS.CO) outlining the problem and we will do our best to rectify your enquiry.


Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under. If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a mis-print or a fault on garment, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to INFO@OLDELTONS.CO for us to assess.

We cannot take any action on an order until all of the goods are returned to Old Eltons for inspection. Following the return of the goods a thorough assessment will take place following which we will deem whether the return or re-print is valid or not.

If the problem relates to a production issue at Old Eltons then a re-print of the goods may be offered to rectify the quality issue. Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, if the order has already been produced Old Eltons retains the right to solely offer a re-print when seeking to rectify any problem with an order.

CAN I MIX & MATCH INK AND SHIRT COLOURS?

Yes. Different shirt colours are ok as long as the ink colours are the same. You must order at least 10 of each shirt colour. If we need to change ink colours, an ink change charge will be applied at £8 ex VAT per change.

I WANT TO PRINT ON A SHIRT I WILL SUPPLY MYSELF, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

We have currently put this service on hold due to the pandemic.

I'M MISSING A FEW SHIRTS, WHAT HAPPENED?

We have a 3 point check system in house to prevent missing shirts. If it is out of our hands, we will get in touch with you and either place it on a back order or issue a refund/credit note.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY ORDER UPFRONT?

Yes. Your payment must be received IN FULL before your order is printed.
